We Tried It: Bollywood dance on DVD!
January has been a bit of a slow month for my workout routine. Between having a horrific cold and going back to school, exercise has unfortunately fallen to the wayside.
In an effort to get myself motivated and moving again, I decided to try out Sabrina Bryan’s BYOU 2. This isn't your typical workout DVD. It combines hip-hop dance with Bollywood moves—a fun and funky combo! BYOU 2 teaches you three dances: one hip-hop, one Bollywood, and a combination of both.
The instructors break each step of the dances down so it's easier to for you to catch on. If you're a dancer or cheerleader, this DVD will be a piece of cake. But for all of you non-dancers (like, ahem, me), you may have some difficulty.
If you get lost during the dances you can just make up your own movements and still work up a sweat. Or, hit rewind and try it again. If you’re lookin’ for a fun, high-energy dance workout, BYOU 2 might be the thing for YOU.
