Love/hate relationship with greens? Fix it now!
Oh, veggies, how we wish we loved you more! On inspired weeks we're all about the salads and pressed juices. And then, out of nowhere, just the sight of broccoli makes us shudder. When that happens, we're back to craving our old unhealthy faves. It’s a vicious cycle. But these five–dare we say– decadent meals full of healthy greens are bound to break that cycle.
1. Quinoa Spinach Omelette Bites
These nutrient-packed breakfast bites will surely give your taste buds a kick in the right (healthy) direction. Full of ingredients such as parsley, Italian seasoning and cheddar cheese, they're definitely going to be your new go-to breakfast.
Chill. Just because we said "salad" doesn’t mean this dish is absolutely nauseating. This beautiful creation is fairly simple and majorly delish. Grab some kale, broccoli and dried cherries and you’re all set. Oh, and don't forget the dressing. Top it off with dose of your fave and it’ll hit the spot.
Hands down, this is one of the best meals we have ever eaten. Hands. Down. (We aren't lean mean green machines, either, and we still love it!) This nutrient dense meal has onions, bell peppers, garlic, zucchini, broccoli and a sauce that is heaven-sent. One bite and you’ll be hooked.
4. Turkey Meatball and Spinach Soup
This swoon-worthy soup is anything but boring. Full of nutrient-rich foods like spinach, carrots and garlic, this is bound to be your newest obsession. While it may have a few more ingredients than the other recipes, that makes it even more perfect for those chilled out nights with tons of friends. Whip it up together so you all can get in on the fun.
Avocados and salsa? Sounds like the best of both worlds to us. Full of avocado, pepper, lime, cilantro and onion, this tangy creation will satisfy any crazy cravings and it takes almost no time to make. It’s a win-win!
Are you loving these green creations? Which one will you whip up?
