Ah, the pumpkin spice latte. An autumnal staple we find ourselves obsessing over every late August (because, let's be real, that's when fall starts). But knee-deep into October, you can't help but grow a little bored of the basic PSL. The pumpkin cream chai might provide temporary satisfaction, but there's gotta be other cozy, Stars Hollow-vibe fall drinks out there, right? 

Right. They just aren't on the official menu. 

The Starbucks "Secret Menu" refers to any customized Starbucks product that Starbies enthusiasts create and share online. By combining syrups with different milks and bases (three pumps of caramel in our frappe, pls!), the opportunities for drink customization are almost limitless! We've rounded up our fave fall drink secret menu concoctions for you to try, bc fall does not have to end just yet. 

Caramel Pumpkin Macchiato

If you're new to the world of customizing Starbucks drinks (in that case, welcome!), this simple syrup swap will make the order anxiety a lot less intense. Think of the caramel pumpkin macchiato as the caramel macchiato's slightly more festive sister. The fall vibes are there (obvi), but so is the classic macchiato taste you know and love.

1. Order a grande caramel macchiato.
2. Replace the vanilla syrup with pumpkin syrup.

Hot Apple Chai

AKA the Chapple Tea Latte, this fall harvest-inspired bev is perf for a late afternoon pick-me-up. Think of it as one part warm apple cider, another part warm hug. Mmm.

1. Order a grande steamed apple juice.
2. 2-4 pumps of chai concentrate
3. Whip cream and caramel drizzle on top!

Pumpkin Pie Frappucino

Thanksgiving is just around the corner... so in that little lull between Halloween and the winter holidays, you can bust out this festive bev for all of the late fall feels. This Thanksgiving, we're thankful for whoever came up with this pie in a cup.

1. Order a grande pumpkin spice Frappucino.
2. 2 pumps of cinnamon dolce syrup
3. Whip cream blended in
4. Whip cream and cinnamon dolce sprinkles on top!

Witches' Brew Frappucino

Legend has it that long ago (2018), the Witches' Brew Frappucino made its home on the Starbucks seasonal menu. It was colorful, fruity and oh-so spooky, but disappeared (like magic!) right after Halloween, never to be seen again—that is, until we got our hands on this delish secret menu dupe.

1. Order a grande vanilla bean Frappucino.
2. Blend in blackberries.
3. One pump of raspberry syrup
4. One scoop of matcha in the cup
5. Whip cream and matcha on top!

Pumpkin Spice Cookie Butter Latte

A freshly baked batch of fall cookies in a cup? Umm, yes pls! This super sweet bev puts a whole new spin on the phrase "little treat." We're particularly obsessed with the nutty flavor from the secret ingredient: toffee syrup.

1. Order a grande iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso.
2. One pump of toffee nut syrup
3. Add pumpkin cream cold foam and cinnamon on top!
