Try this easy 3-ingredient spread for your next healthy snack
For all of you on-the-go gals, there is nothing worse than realizing that you're hungry right as you're supposed to be heading out the door. While it's easy to grab a granola bar or a pack of gummies, there are *so* many delicious snack options that aren't that difficult to make. Need a quick fix? Try your hand at making this healthy, high-protein snack that tastes as good as it makes you feel.
Three ingredients—that's it!
2 tbsp of almond butter
1 tbsp of cocoa powder
2 tsp of maple syrup
Recipe:
Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl. Stir your ingredients together (and know that this might take some elbow grease and time), but trust the process.
To complete this healthy snack, pair it with a whole-wheat bagel topped with banana slices and seeds. You can also use the spread as a dip for graham crackers or fresh fruit. Happy snacking!
