MAKE IT CUTE

One of the best parts of the holiday season is baking cookies. And while donning an apron with Grandma is an awesome tradition, this year, invite your besties to do some baking, too. Hosting an afternoon of cookie-making and listening to Christmas tunes is *so* much fun and you get to eat all the goodies when you're done. Try one of these recipes below, from the classic to the creative.

These sugar cookie trees are *way* easier to make than they look, promise. And they are definitely #worthit. 

Candy canes are a Christmas must...and now you can enjoy them in cookie form. 

All the Whos down in Who-ville will love these Grinch-themed bites, complete with a heart that's three sizes too small. 

We can't *even* with these red velvet cheesecake cookies. So rich, so decadent, so delicious. 

Put a twist on the traditional peanut butter blossoms with this recipe. You'll use candy cane Kisses and *lots* of sprinkles. 

Or you can hide Hershey Kisses inside of a classic snowball cookie for a sweet surprise. 

You really can't go wrong with everyone's favorite: chocolate chip. This recipe adds sea salt for that *amazing* salty-sweet combo (tastes just like a chocolate covered pretzel!). 

Chocolate and peppermint is basically a match made in heaven so these "brownie" cookies are sure to be a hit!
