Your *ultimate* guide to the best stuck-at-home Halloween party

Halloween from home is a big mood. You get all the spooky feels minus the pressure to dress up. With the COVID-19 pandemic in mind, Halloween from home is not far fetched. Here's how to do it featuring your favorite Halloween movies, trick or treat baskets and more.

The snacks

You don't have to give up candy this year. Fill your space with festive trick or treat baskets to liven the mood and fill it with treats to fulfill your sweet tooth. Get even fancier with a pinata of your choice, filled to the brim with your favorite candies. Pick up some candied apples—you can't go wrong with caramel and peanuts either.

Bake your own treats as well. Get some pumpkin-shaped cookie cutters and make sugar cookies, or another cookie of your choice, with orange frosting to stay in theme. Add sprinkles for some pizazz.

What you'll need:

White "Trick Or Treat" Halloween Candy Fabric Basket, $10

Orange Pumpkin Halloween Candy Fabric Basket, $10

Halloween Pumpkin Pinata, $17

Fill your space with black and orange confetti. Carve pumpkins of your own, or get a Jack-O'-lantern if you're not feeling up to pumpkin carving this year. Hanging up light-up ghosts is not out of the question, and neither are spider webs made out of cotton. Don't forget the scarecrow in the corner for that *extra* spooky factor.

If you're looking to scream, check out movies like A Quiet Place (2018), Us (2019), The Ring (2002),  The Conjuring (2013) and It (2017). The right movies will get you in the spirit of the holiday, and you'll be surrounded by the cutest decor and mouth-watering snacks to last you through the night.
