MAKE IT CUTE

Parties

The *cutest* inspo you need for a Pinterest-worthy party

There's a reason that the "build-your-own" theme is so popular on Pinterest—not only is it absolutely adorable (and makes for great Insta pics!), but it also lets your guests pick and choose exactly what they want. There's something for everyone so it's a win-win for you (less stress) and your friends (yummy food). Below are our best bar ideas that you can recreate for your next party or even just for a Friday night sleepover.

Salad Bar
Before everyone digs into all the Sour Patch Kids and Doritos you've stocked up on for movie night, get your veggies in with a salad bar. So easy and *so* good for you, too. It's great if you have a friend who's vegetarian, too.

Grilled Cheese Bar
Who doesn't love a warm, gooey grilled cheese?! Lay out a variety of breads, cheeses and add-ins for your guests to choose from then ask Dad to man the panini press.

Donut Bar
Build-your-own sundaes are always fun but if you want to switch things up, why not do donuts for dessert instead. Get a bunch of plain donuts that your girls can decorate with icing, syrups, jams, sprinkles, crushed Oreos and more.

Cereal Bar
For those mornings-after when everyone is a little grumpy and a lot tired. Have everyone make their own bowl of cereal for a super simple breakfast—include all different types of cereal, toppings like dried fruit and a variety of milk (dairy, almond, soy, etc.).

Waffle Bar
If you're more of an early bird and don't mind the extra prep, do a build-your-own waffle bar. Make the waffles before your guests wake up (or ask Mom to help!) then put out toppings, syrup and even ice cream. This works for pancakes, too.

Trail Mix Bar
Send everyone home with an edible favor: a carton of trail mix. Letting them all create their own blend makes it that much more special (plus your one friend who is allergic to peanuts can still dig in!).
