MAKE IT CUTE

DIYs

The cheapest and quickest way to DIY the desk of your dreams

Ditch your boring desk drawers and fab up your life with this sweetly simple—and cheap!—DIY: decopauged desk drawers. Let's dive in... (Note: The image used above is an example of this technique used on the exterior of a desk drawer, not the interior as described below)

Materials
+ Old magazines
+ Scissors
+ Sponge brush
+ Mod Podge

Instructions
1. Find your fave magazine and cut out pics and quotes that inspire you. Then position them at the bottom of your drawer in a manner that's pleasing to you. Be sure to overlap them to give that collage feel.

2. Take a picture of how you arranged your photos and then remove them. Use a paintbrush to spread a layer of Mod Podge on the bottom of your drawer. Then coat the backs of your pics with the Mod Pdoge and stick each picture in it's place.

3. After you have arranged the collage to your liking, spread another coat of Mod Podge over it all to ensure it stays intact.

4. Leave the drawer open to dry before storing anything in it.

Viola! Your desk just got a little bit more glam! Share your pics with us on Twitter @girlslifemag.
