These baked oats recipes are *sure* to sweeten your morning

If you're looking for a breakfast that is easy, healthy and *super* delicious, you need to give baked oats a try. Whether you need an energizing breakfast or a mid-morning snack, baked oats are the perfect treat to boost your energy levels and mood. Want to whip up a bowl of delicious baked oats? We've rounded up three *amazing* recipes to sweeten up your morning.

Banana bread baked oats

Ingredients

+ 1/2 cup rolled oats
+ 1 tbsp chia seeds
+ 1/2 scoop vanilla protein
+ 1 banana
+ 2/3 cup milk of your choice
+ 1 tsp baking powder
+ dash of salt
+ cinnamon to taste 
Details
+ Blend oats and chia seeds in a blender or food processor until a flour-like consistency and pour into a bowl
+ Mash 1 banana and add it in
+ Add 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and milk

Bonus tip: throw in a handful of chocolate chips for some extra flavor!

Bake at... 400° for about 30 minutes

Toppings suggestions: melted peanut butter, sliced banana, (more) cinnamon

Chavocado baked oats

Ingredients

+ 1/2 cup oats
+ 1/3 cup milk of choice
+ 1/4 cup mashed avocado
+ 1 tsp chia seeds
+ 1.5 tbsp maple syrup
+ 2 tbsp cocoa powder
+ 1/2 tsp baking powder
+ generous pinch of salt

Details

+ Pour all ingredients into a bowl
+ Blend everything for a smoother texture

Bonus tip: Get a spoonful of Biscoff (or chocolate), place in the center of the oats and spoon on extra batter on top

Bake at... 400° for about 20 minutes

Toppings suggestions: chocolate chips, cacao nibs, Biscoff cookie

Blueberry lemon cake oats

Ingredients

+ 1/2 cup oats
+ 1/4 cup milk of choice
+ 1 egg 
+ 1 tbsp maple syrup
+ 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
+ 1 tsp lemon zest
+ 1/2 tsp baking powder
+ 1 tsp poppy seeds
+ blueberries
+ pinch of salt​​​​​​​

Details

+ Pour all ingredients into a bowl
+ Blend everything except the poppy seeds and blueberries
+ Mix in your blueberries and poppy seeds

Bonus tip: Mix plain yogurt with some fresh lemon juice and maple syrup for a delish yogurt topping

Bake at... 400° for about 25 minutes

Toppings suggestions: Lemon yogurt, blueberries, lemon zest
