She's back! Meghan Trainor released a new song and we are already dancing.

"No Excuses" is a girl-power anthem has a amaze 90's beat that will get you up and dancing immediately, too—and it's got a great message. The GRAMMY-winning star said the song is like the modern-day version of Aretha Franklin's "R-E-S-P-E-C-T."

"I love how so many women are standing up for what’s right," Meghan said. She said this song is "all about equality and being kind."
