Tower Prep
Drew Van Acker has us tuning in to Tower Prep…and the show is pretty good, too!
What would happen if you woke up one morning only to find your parents had sent you to a prep school you had never heard of, in a place you didn’t know? This is exactly what happened to Ian Archer (played by the super cute Van Acker) in Cartoon Network’s newest hour-long mystery series, Tower Prep.
We caught the pilot episode before the show premieres this Tuesday, Oct. 19, and definitely think it’s worth checking out.
When darkness falls, he runs into the woods hoping to find civilization on the other side. But as he soon finds out, an escape from Tower Prep is much harder than expected.
Meeting fellow students CJ, Gabe and Suki, who’ve been trying to escape as well for quite some time, Ian soon discovers that everyone at Tower Prep has a special ability. For CJ, it’s the ability to read anyone by their body language. Gabe can talk his way out of any situation, while Suki can mimic any voice even if she’s only heard it once. But what’s Ian’s skill? He can react to things a step faster than the average person.
Why has have these students been brought to Tower Prep? And will they be able to escape?
If you love mysteries, or even just a show with a cutie in the lead role, then tune in to the series premiere of Tower Prep on Oct. 19 at 8 p.m. on Cartoon Network. Then come back and let us know your thoughts.

Considered a rebellious kid who got kicked out of school for fighting — even though he was really just defending his friend — Ian is sent to Tower Prep. Without any idea where he is, Ian is forced to conform to the rules…until he can find a way out, that is.
