Ready for Disney's Descendants? We've got the scoop on all the songs
Together, the descendents are heading off the Isle of the Lost and into Auradon after Prince Ben (Mitchell Hope), the son of Beauty and the Beast and the future king, decrees that they should get a chance to redeem themselves and not be doomed by their parents' mistakes. But once Mal, Evie, Jay and Carlos get to Auradon, they just might realize that being bad isn't as good as it seems.
Descendants is packed with a bunch of cool songs, and we've got the 411 here on each.
Rotten to the Core
In the first song, Mal, Evie, Jay and Carlos team up for a dancey track introducing their characters—and showing how fun it is to be bad at home on the Isle of the Lost.
Evil Like Me
With Dove Cameron and Kristin Chenoweth combining their powerful voices, you know this Mal-Maleficent duet is bound to blow us away. And it's pretty funny, too.
Did I Mention
Prince Ben takes the lead for this number, rousing the crowd and getting them to join in as he celebrates his Tourney win.
If Only
Mal starts to question whether she was born evil or can choose to be good, and this song perfectly embodies the difficulty versus being who your parents want you to be, who your friends want you to be and who you are.
Be Our Guest
Recognize the title? Prince Ben and the rest of his Auradon classmates reprise this classic with an a cappella hit when it's Family Day at school.
Set It Off
It all comes together in the finale when the whole Auradon Prep gang get together on the palace steps to sing one final tune as a group.
Believe
And then, once the credits roll... We've already shared Shawn Mendes's "Believe" with you, but we know that it's going to sound so much better after we've just watched the whole Descendants flick.
Are you excited for Disney's Descendants? Which song do you think sounds best? Tell us in the comments, and don't forget to tune in next Friday, July 31 at 8:00 p.m. on Disney.
