Ausmilla—Confirmed!

Ever since Fifth Harmony and Austin Mahone went on tour together, people have been wondering if Camila Cabello and Austin were secretly dating. Now, the secret’s out! When 5H visited Watch What Happens Live this week, host Andy Cohen asked who was the “Mahonie girlfriend” and Camila raised her hand, replying that Austin is a “really good guy.” This is the first confirmation of the couple and Austin tweeted later “As if you didn’t know already!” We are excited to finally see this couple out and about and they may become our new fave celeb pair. 

Swift Shawn Mendes

Shawn Mendes is a 16-year-old singer who became an overnight sensation after posting videos of himself singing on Vine. After going on small tours and having over 9 milllion views on his first single “Life of the Party” he is now breaking into the big leagues. So big that Taylor Swift announced this week that Shawn will be one of her opening acts for the North American leg of her 1989 World Tour! This vine star is taking off and we can’t wait to see what is in his future.

Minions Movie

After being the unexpected stars of Despicable Me and Despicable Me 2, the minions are now getting their own spotlight on the big screen! The trailer for the new movie Minions released this week and everyone can’t contain their excitement. The movie follows the minions from the beginning of time and how they need to find the most despicable master to serve. In the movie, we’ll be able to see the minons PG (Pre-Gru) and learn more about our fave characters. We can’t wait until the movie releases in summer 2015, what about you?

Country Pop Duo

The County Music Awards aired on Wednesday and all of our favorite country stars wowed us with their gorgeous red carpet attire. The CMAs were full of fun performances and heart-warming speeches, but our favorite moment is when an unexpected guest appeared on stage with Little Big Town. After their “Day Drinking” song was over, Ariana Grande appeared and Little Big Town sang along to her hit “Bang Bang”. We loved this fun country pop collab and hope to see more in the future. Bye-Bye R5?

It’s no secret that R5 is taking off. This band is multi-talented—especially lead singer Ross Lynch. Not only is this cutie the star of Austin & Ally, he just finished filming the sequel to Teen Beach Movie, so it’s surprising that he even has enough time to relax with his busy schedule—a schedule that is tapped to be even busier soon. Rumors have been swirling this week that Ross has apparently landed a role in an upcoming supernatural comedy for the big screen. There is little detail about the movie itself, but it’s reportedly being written by the same person who wrote 17 Again so we know that it’s going to be amazing. We’re excited for Ross, but we hope this doesn’t mean R5 will need to take a break to fit to his schedule.
