Fash face off: Amber vs. Bella

Turtle power! The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie premiere lit up Hollywood this past weekend at the Village Theater and some of our faves stepped out to show their support. Bella Thorne threw things back with a retro tee, while Amber Montana kept things simple in basic white.

Before the flick hits theaters this Friday, Aug. 8, though, we wanna know: Who rocked the red carpet better?
