The style evolution of Annie LeBlanc
From vlogging in her Bratayley days, to lip-syncing on musical.ly and now acting in Chicken Girls and Nickelodeon, Annie LeBlanc has managed to be a style icon from the very beginning. Let's dissect her fashion eras starting from day one.
Gymnast Annie
This was a couple years into the Bratayley vlogs when Annie was ten. She has always been a gymnast at heart, and she wore exactly what a ten-year-old gymnast would wear on her off days, aka shorts and cute tanks. We miss her *iconic* handstand photos she always posted, and we're loving the bright pink she's wearing in this post.
Cute 'n Casual
This is two years later when Bratayley had grown to have over a million subscribers. Her style graduated from off-duty gymnast to cute 'n casual staples. Annie is heading off to VidCon in this pic with strappy sandals and skinny jeans, which would come to define her overall vibe in this era. She also sported a ton of Justice clothes during this time, which is a phase we know we *all* had a couple years ago.
#Hannie era
Who remembers the amaze "Little Do You Know" cover Annie and Hayden did? Because we remember being *obsessed* with it. In this era, she still kept it casual but with a more mature spin on it. She also played around with layering, especially with denim and bomber jackets, and her braid in this pic is *everything.*
California Girl
Annie moved to LA from her home in Maryland in 2018, and her style followed. She rocked her new, beachy blonde hair and pulled off the California cool-girl style better than anyone with big sneakers and cargo pants. Traces of this style would always remain with her, even as her fashion continued to evolve.
The Experimenter
Annie still kept her beachy fashion but started branching out and playing with bold styles and new color combos. Her outfit at a 2019 Teen Vogue event was a huge breakout for her to showcase her new unique style. She kept it classy but fun with a pearly jacket and skirt set. We were *living* for her heels, too.
Finally Fifteen
This is when Annie fledged into the style icon we know and love today. Her current style is a little bit of grunge, baddie, skater and California girl all rolled into one. This style is definitely a bit more casual than before, and it looks like she's mastered natural makeup since she always looks glowy and dewy.
