The newbie's guide to...budge-proof, bb
REAL TALK:
With temps rising (along with our odds of getting out of the house), it's time to fake a dewy glow with melt-proof makeup that *finally* feels like vacay.

Add some sun
But skip the rays. Pop a drop of bronzer into your regular foundation. Mix the two together, then apply to your hair-line, cheeks and nose bridge. Blend for a natural, sun-kissed look.
Spray it and stay it
Want makeup that never melts? "Apply setting spray between each layer," explains Steve Kassajikian, Urban Decay's global makeup artist. Mist the setting spray on your makeup sponge when you're applying foundation, too.
Get golden
Give cheekbones a long-lasting glisten with this genius hack: Spray face with a priming mist, then apply a powder highlighter to your slightly damp skin. "This helps the highlighter melt in, giving you the illusion of a liquid glow," says Kassajikian.
Start with primer
Think of primer as the icing between two Oreo cookies—it helps everything stick together, says Dean Fournier, director of creative artistry & talent relations at LORAC. Prep skin with a brightening formula for that lit-from-within look.
*Pro tip*
Steer clear of oil-based foundation formulas. "They'll break down on the skin faster and fade throughout the day," says Fournier.
