4 steps to perfect brows

“If the eyes are the windows to our soul, than brows are one of the first things people assess to get a sneak peak about who we are,” says Malynda Vigliotti, aka Boom Boom, owner of Boom Boom Brow Bar in New York City. We couldn’t agree more. And since you’re going to meet new friends as the school year starts back up, give them a preview of who you are with perfect brows. Just follow these four steps!

    Step 1: Shape

    First time shaping those arches? Go to a professional for a wax to get your perfect shape. Then follow up at home with tweezers and hair-removal strips.

    Step 2: Tint

    Boom Boom advises: “Tint one shade darker than your natural hair color to make them look thicker.” Try this brow tint pen in the shade that works best for you.

    Step 3: Plump

    Brush on some brow powder in a hue that matches your bows using short, quick strokes, which will extend, widen and fill in sparse or light brows.

    Put brows in their place and keep ’em there with a bit of brow gel.
