Tone up this fall with a strengthening workout using your own body weight

It might seem like the only way to get a good workout in is to hit the treadmill and run until you are dripping with sweat, but there are actually a *ton* of other amazing ways to exercise your body! In fact, the benefits of focusing on lifting weightings and other strength-building exercises have been studied in recent years and led to impressive results. According to Live Strong, strength training can help improve your mental health, increase fat burning, improve your balance, help your posture, and strengthen your bones! There are a number of ways that you can work your muscles to get these benefits, but with gyms closed across the country, you might be facing difficulty getting the "right" equipment to do so. Luckily, you can actually get a great strengthening workout in using nothing but your own bodyweight! Here are some fun sequences that you can start adding to your workout schedule to build up your muscles:
