Waking up can be rough, and after late summer nights, it can feel impossible. Instead of hitting snooze or wasting away some of the last precious hours of vacay (sorry to go there!), hop outta bed and make a beeline for the shower. After a quick steam, your muscles are warm and relaxed, making it the perfect time to stretch and wake your entire body up.
