Pretty Little Liar Workout

Ever wish you had Lucy Hale’s legs? Shay Mitchell’s arms? Ashley Benson’s abs? Now you can get them and still have time to watch your favorite TV show! Each Tuesday when a new Pretty Little Liars episode airs, just follow this workout to get in red carpet-worthy shape.

When the theme song plays: run in place until it is over

Warm up by running in place for the short 20 seconds. Start with a slower jog then work into a full sprint by the end of the song. Each time they show a new body part being prepared, start going faster. By the time they show the liars, you should be at a full sprint.

Whenever a liar is kissing someone: 20 crunches

It doesn’t matter who it is…whenever a liar is spotted making out, do 20 crunches for each kissing scene. Add 10 crunches if it isn’t someone they are in a relationship with.

If a liar is on the phone or gets a message: 20 mountain climbers

If a phone beeps and a liar mentions what it says—or they are on a phone call—do 20 mountain climbers.

Whenever Ezra is in a scene: 5 push-ups

Who can’t resist Ezra’s innocent charm? Each time he pops onto your television screen, do 5 push-ups.

How to do the perfect push-up

If A is mentioned: 10 jumping jacks

If A is mentioned at any time, do 10 jumping jacks.

Flashback happens: 10 squats

If any of the liars has a flashback, it’s time for 10 squats. If the flashback is centered on Alison, add in 5 more squats.

Commercial break: 30 bicycle crunches

Pass the time during the long commercial breaks is by doing 30 bicycle crunches. By the time you do 30 crunches, PLL should be back on!

End of an episode: 30 second plank

Complete an episode by doing a 30 second plank. Once you finish, enjoy a nice glass cold water and relax for the rest of the night.
