The easy move for totally toned thighs
Be a DIY thigh master with this anytime move you can do
pretty much anywhere (though on stage at a school assembly isn’t exactly our
first choice, we gotta say…). Here’s EnergyUp! Founder Kathy Dolgin’s easy-A
move to toned inner thighs:
Place your two fists between your knees. Squeeze your knees together and hold for 30 seconds before releasing. Repeat up to 30 times every other day as part of a workout routine that includes cardio, and you should see results in a few weeks.
