Host a leap-o-lympics
Gather your buds and don your best gear for an Olympics-inspired mini-workout. Head to a nearby park or a friend’s backyard. You’ll need a stopwatch and a yardstick. Hold events like standing and running long jump, highest jump (standing and running), and a hopping on one foot contest (fastest time and longest-hopping).
Bust a move
Do you or one of your friends have a trampoline? Call dibs for the afternoon and ask a bud to judge your best tramp moves. Just be careful, OK?
