Avocado is the trend that will *never* die, which is fine by us! It’s yummy and adds healthy fats to your diet so incorporating some into your breakfast is an ingenious way to start your day off right. Try one of these recipes that are so good, we avo-can't.
Avocado omelette
While we understand that you may not be ready to part with your ham and cheese omelette just yet, you’ll definitely want to try out this delicious (and nutritious) take on an omelette. By adding avocado, spinach, mushrooms and cheese to your omelette, your bfast will be packed with protein.
Avocado toast
Avocado toast is legit all over social media. Try going on Pinterest or Insta without seeing it, we dare you. But there’s a reason avocado toast is everywhere—it tastes amazing! If you haven’t joined the craze yet you need to try it, like, right now.
Avocado pancakes
This recipe sounds totally crazy, but don’t knock it until you try it. Avocado is a great way to amp up the nutrients in pancakes and it makes them instantly creamier.
Avocado scrambled eggs
When you’re craving eggs but have literally no time, scrambled eggs are the way to go. Kick them up a notch but don’t lose out on time by putting avocado chunks on top. They’ll taste *that* much better and are a perfect balance of protein and fats.
Stuffed avocado
