The Yummiest. Brownie. Ever--with a surprising twist!
In honor of our fave treat, we've picked a recipe that will satifsy all those sweet tooth cravings with zero guilt. Instead of a straight-up calorie-packed chocolate brownie, we've thrown a little twist into the mix. Here's a totally knock-out brownie recipe that's under 37 calories a square (we're not kidding). Check out the recipe below, and try it out yourself.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup of nonfat plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup Old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of Stevia (use instead of white of granulated sugar)
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Grease an 8x8 baking pan with olive oil.
3. Combine all ingredients in a big bowl and blend togther with an electric blender for 1 minute.
4. Once your oven has reached 400 degrees, pour brownie mix in your baking pan and place in oven.
5. Bake brownies for 15 minutes.
6. After taking brownies out of oven allow to cool for about 10 minutes.
7. After they have cooled, cut brownies into 9 squares and enjoy!
