Nutrition Research Center on Aging in Boston have found out that blueberries
contain high levels of polyphenolics. Polyphenolics are special natural
compounds that have very strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.
While blueberries are awesome for you to nibble right now, get this: Scientists
are discovering that they can assist in slowing down aging processes, too.
Eat up!
Consuming blueberries is linked to lower risks of age-associated decline in brain function. Eating berries may activate the brain's natural housekeeper for healthy aging—and keep ya sharp when finals come around this year, too!
