Sweet: A baggie of cereal with some dried fruit. It’s like DIY granola, but healthier!
Crunchy: Get some good whole-grain organic crackers that you can easily pack and nosh on.
Refreshing: Apples. You'll need something to wake you up by the time 3 o'clock rolls around. Apples are super-easy to pack and eat, plus, they're full of good-for-ya fiber!
Hanging with friends
No doubt you'll be chillin' with your chicas at your house--and be bored AND hungry. These snacks are fun to whip up when you need some fuel.
Sweet: Homemade popsicles! These are super fun, and, when you make 'em yourself, super healthy. Use your fave fruits, juices, and anything else freezable.
Salty: Kale chips. It may sound crazy, but these are really crunchy, salty, and delish! You can buy some from your supermarket, or try making them yourself. There are dozens of recipes online.
Refreshing: Make a tall pitcher of iced tea with lemon or seltzer water with lots of fruit and mint. Lotsa times you might feel hungry, but are actually just super thirsty. Happy sipping.
