Can a juice improve your endurance?
Calling all athletes! Experts recently found that adding beetroot juice to your diet could improve your performance and give you that extra boost during training and practice. Um, whoa.
Researchers discovered that the juice allowed these athletes to exercise using less oxygen than they normally needed. But beware because there are still side effects to drinking an excessive amount like, ugh, cramping, diarrhea, and purple urine. You might want to snap some up and try it before practice, but def don’t give it a whirl for the first time before a big game.
Blog it out... What do you think? Have you tried beetroot juice before?
