I was walking to school, holding my history project with my friend one day. We were right in front and everyone, including my long-time crush, was standing there. I was talking with my friend and I didn't notice the grate in front of me (which btw was very slippery because of the rain the day before). I started to walk over and I slipped. When I fell, I landed on my stomach, on my project, and I made a big bang! Everyone saw and my crush yelled "SAFE!" as if I just slid onto home plate at a baseball game. To cover, I yelled " I thought you were more into soccer..." Everyone started laughing, but they def. were not laughing with me.
