Blush Much? Little Bro Mishap

Last year, my little brother and I went to the ice skating rink with my friend and her little brother. Right before the Zamboni came out, we were all trying to get my brother off the ice ASAP, when he fell. His gum started to bleed, so my friends mom tried to clean him up. When she looked in his mouth, she must've saw something strange, because she made him face me and open his mouth. "Did his teeth always look like this?" she asked. He'd always had horrible teeth, so I just said yes. But I looked again, and ½ of his front tooth was missing!!! I was so alarmed that I started to cry. When we got back home and to the dentist, he said that my brother needed a root canal. I look back now and realized that I should have looked after him better.
