I was in the school play, and my character had to be very angry and pretend to whack someone with a bamboo pole. When my part came, I was so nervous that I accidentally really whacked the person with the pole! To make matters worse, later in the scene, I kicked one of my props off the stage! In the days that followed, any time someone saw me they would duck and run the other way.
