If you or someone in your life celebrates Passover, you probably know the struggle of finding snacks to eat during the week of avoiding bread, pasta, grains and other foods that rise. Fear no more—we've got you covered! Bc whether you celebrate Passover, your bestie does or you're just a fan of matzo, there are *so* many possibilities for delicious Passover snacks.
Matzo pizza is super easy *and* delish. All you need to do is spread tomato sauce onto a piece of matzo, add some cheese and pop it into the oven for a few minutes until it's nice and melty. Before you know it, you'll be enjoying this amaze Passover treat.
Yogurt and peanut butter matzo with chocolate chips
Mix yogurt, peanut butter and chocolate chips for the ultimate healthy version of cookie dough. Feel free to add apple slices or your fave fruit on top. And when it isn't Passover? Add this yummy spread onto a rice cake. You'll be thanking us later.
Nutella and banana
To say that we are in love with Nutella would be an understatement (who isn't?). If you're in the mood for a sweet treat, spread some Nutella onto a piece of matzo and add some banana slices. Voila! You have a totally Pinterest-worthy sweet treat.
It's true...hummus is where our hearts are. This snack will take literally five minutes (or less!). Just spread hummus onto a piece of matzo and add cucumbers or olives for the Mediterranean snack of your dreams.
Matzo avocado toast
Whoever said that Passover means you can't enjoy your fave treat (AKA avocado toast) is sooo wrong. Spread some avo onto a piece of matzo and add some flavor—whether you opt for sprinkling Everything But The Bagel seasoning or adding an egg...that's up to you!
