If you're looking for a quick snack you can take on the go, look no further! Grab some mason jars and your gal pals to make these super cute and tasty treats.
Peanut Butter Banana Oats
What you'll need:
- 1/3-1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 medium banana, chopped into small cubes
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk (soy or almond)
What you'll do:
1. Combine ingredients in a 250ml mason jar.
2. Shake until the ingredients are mixed.
3. Refrigerate and go.
Taco Salad
What you'll need:
- Salsa
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Black beans
- Corn salsa
- Taco meat
- Your fave shredded cheese
- Tortilla strips or corn chips
What you'll do:
1. Cook the taco meat.
2. Cut tomatoes and lettuce.
3. Layer the ingredients in a mason jar and refrigerate.
Breakfast Jar
What you'll need:
- 1 serving smoothie, chia pudding or overnight oats
- 1/3 cup favorite toppings (granola, nuts, seeds, coconut)
- 1 mason jar
- 1 empty plastic applesauce container
What you'll do:
1. Fill the jar with your ingredients for chia pudding, overnight oatmeal or a smoothie.
2. Fill the empty applesauce container with your toppings.
3. Carefully put the full applesauce containter upside-down on top of the full jar.
Your Fave Cup of Noodles
What you'll need:
- A flavor base from your fave soup
- Lots of veggies
- Chicken or any other meat
- Noodles
- Parsley or any fresh soup topper
- Hot water
What you'll do:
1. Fill your jar with the ingredients in the order they're listed.
2. Add hot water when you're ready to eat.
