Try these *amazing* smoothie bowl recipes

 

Everyone loves a good smoothie, but sometimes you crave something with a bit more than what’s in your favorite drink. That’s why we are loving the new smoothie bowl craze. Check out these seriously delicious smoothie bowl recipes that are super healthy and filling. 

Directions:

For each smoothie bowl base, follow these steps. Pick your fave ingredient combos from our suggestions, or invent your own!

1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender.

2. Blend until smooth.

3. Pour into a bowl.

4. Add extra toppings like more fruit and granola if you would like!

 

Strawberry Peach Smoothie Bowl

What you'll need:

1 ripe peach, pitted and sliced

1 frozen banana

1 cup of strawberries

1/4 cup of rolled oats

1/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk

2 tsp. honey

1/4 tsp. cinnamon

 

Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl

What you'll need:

1/3 rice milk

2 Bananas (one frozen)

1 tbsp. peanut butter

4 tbsp. cocoa powder

 

Berry Almond Smoothie Bowl

What you'll need: 

1 1/2 cups frozen berry mixture

3 tablespoons almond butter

1 banana

1/4 cup unsweetened coconut

1/3 vanilla almond milk

chia seeds and chocolate chips, optional

Not a fan of any of these recipes? Try making your own smoothie bowl.

Here is what you'll need: 

Start off with 1 or more cups of fresh fruit. 

Add 1 frozen banana. 

Add 1/3 cup of milk. 

Add any other ingredients like granola, coconuts, almonds, chocolate chips, and more!
