Katniss’ go-to: sweet and salty trail mix
In a large bowl, mix 1 cup of raisins, 3 cups of roasted salted nuts and 1/2 cup of cacao nibs. Set the bowl aside. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt 1/4 cup of butter and 1/3 cup of honey. Pour over nut mixture, and stir to coat thoroughly.
Spread onto a greased baking sheets and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Peeta’s PB&J thumbprint cookies
Place 2/3 cup of dried cranberries, 1/3 cup of peanuts, 1 tsp of coconut oil and 1 tsp of creamy natural peanut butter in a food processor and blend until it becomes a dough. Scoop out a small amount and roll into a one-inch ball. Press the ball onto a cookie sheet until it forms a rounded thumbprint cookie shape. Store in the refrigerator.
