Yay for our fave fall foods!

That yummy pumpkin spice latte may have more calories than a slice of pizza. What?! Skip and nosh these awesome (and healthy) edibles instead.

Apples & ...
Fill in the blank, babe, because the quintessential autumn snack works with just about anything.

For breakfast, we like to dice up our apples and toss them in a bowl of plain oatmeal. Sprinkle on some brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice (you can buy it in the grocery store) and you’re golden.
After school, these sweeties are best with almond butter or vanilla  yogurt or cinnamon. Turns out, the delish spice reduces inflammation, making it extra healthy.
And we know you can’t resist a piece of pie (just don’t go overboard!). These foldovers are yummy.

Trick out your tea...
What’s better than a steamy mug o’ tea to make a gal feel better? We heart all the yummy flavors, but the health bennies can’t be beat, either.

For breakfast, brew some green tea. It’ll jumpstart your day and get you going a super healthy path.
After school, whip up an herbal tea (we’re smitten with peach and raspberry). Pour it over ice for a quick refresher or sip it while it’s still warm.
And while tea isn’t exactly dessert, vanilla-based teas can be a sweet replacement for heavier post-dinner options.

Go for the gourd...
Not just for jack-o-lanterns. Squash and pumpkin are packed with vital vitamins. Here’s how to incorporate them all season.

For breakfast, stir some canned pumpkin into your yogurt for an insanely good parfait. Some granola and pie spice top it off.
After school, get a crunchy fix with some pepitas. Take ’em anywhere.
Got some time on your hands? Go old-school with a retro-cool pie.
