Love equation


My current boyfriend is a bit of a nerd so he sent me this equation: (-4(-(cos2(45)+sin2(45))1/2) > 2(-4u+1u)+3(-3u+1u)), then he asked me to solve it. I couldn't figure it out, so I asked him what the answer was. He responded, "1<3u". I was blushing the rest of the day.
