This is absolutely not OK! I know this is tough, but do not go to your friend’s house anymore unless you’re certain you won’t be left alone with her brother. His behavior is creepy and so inappropriate.

You and your friend can still be tight, of course—just hang out at your house or in school or at the mall. I see why you may feel reluctant to enlist an adult to help since this is your BFF’s bro, but you owe it to yourself to stay safe and anxiety-free. If you can’t avoid him completely, confide in your mom or another adult. No one ever has the right to touch you without your consent. If you ever again find yourself in a similar situation, without a trace of a smile, say, “Don’t you dare touch me.”
