The Remarkable Journey of Coyote Sunrise has us feeling *all* the feels. 

For five years, 12-year-old Coyote and her dad, Rodeo have lived in an old school bus, roaming around the United States. It's also been 5 years since Coyote lost her mom and two sisters in a fatal car crash. 

Coyote hasn't been home to her small town near Seattle since the tragic loss of her family members, but she decides it's time to go back when her grandmother tells her that the playground next to Coyote's family home is about to be destroyed. What's even worse? Coyote, her mother, and two sisters buried a memory box at that playground just five days before the accident. Now, Coyote must figure out a way to dig up the box before it's too late.

With the help of strangers, Coyote develops a complex plan to recover her memory box, which ultimately leads to tricking her dad into driving back to Washington, something he swore he'd never do again. 

Along the way, Coyote makes new friends who are on their *own* quests to find love, home, a sense of identity, and new beginnings. Lester wants to find love. Val just wants a place where she can be fully accepted for who she is. Salvador and his mother want to start a new life.

With her unexpected pals in her corner and adorable kitty Ivan by her side, she's *for sure* going to make it back in time to reclaim her childhood memories. Right?
