Will you read the new gender-flipped Twilight?

So, Twilighters, are you ready to relearn everything you thought you knew about Stephanie Meyers' beloved books? Meyers revealed in the 10th anniversary edition of Twilight, the genders of the main characters are switched. Buh-bye Bella, hello Beau (aka, our new guy guide through the world of vampires and werewolves).

According to Yahoo, Meyers said people were complaining about Bella being a classic damsel in distress. "I thought, 'What if we switched it around a bit and see how a boy does,' and, you know, it’s about the same," she said. So, now the big question is: will the whole series be rewritten. "I think it's just the one book with Beau," she said.

At first blush, this sounds HUGE. One of the most classic characters of the past 10 series written in a whole new light. But if the story is mostly the same...will Life and Death: Twilight Reimagined (as it's called) really draw the fans in droves? The book is being billed as a double feature. Readers will get the classic, in addition to the new book.

You tell us: Will you revisit the old crew, to see them anew? Will you update your collection, just to have them all? Or do you like you Bella just the way she was, thankyouverymuch.
