Inspire new, bold memories with I Remember You

Ever felt nostalgic for things you didn't experience? Some people feel like they were born in the wrong decade, missing years in the past they didn't get to experience, but Cathleen Davitt Bell's new novel I Remember You takes a different approach to longing for another time.

In I Remember You, Lucas, a 17-year-old hockey star with a bright military future ahead of him, starts having memories that don't exactly make sense. They're almost like flashbacks except, instead of getting visions of the past, Lucas is catching glimpses of the future. It's almost as if his present self is tapping into the mind of his future self.

When he shares these thoughts with Juliet, the girl who he remembers falling in love with but has only just met, she thinks it's some sort of prank. How can Lucas already know about their future as a couple when they're not even dating yet? As their relationship progresses, though, so do Lucas's memories until he's getting flashes of his future even farther out – including his time as a soldier. With his future seeming more and more dangerous with each memory, Lucas starts to wonder if it's possible that there's been some sort of time mixup and he's remembering his future so that he can really appreciate his time with Juliet.

Is it possible that who Lucas will be is communicating with who he is? Will Lucas be able to confront his future when all he wants is to hold onto his present with Juliet? Pick up a copy of Cathleen Davitt Bell's I Remeber You – out now – to find out.
