Burrow into a good thriller with Tunnel Vision
Jake, a seeming normal kid who likes sports and video games and can't wait to go off to college, has a secret. When he holds an object, he has a special sense of the owner – not only can he find where they are, but he can also tell what they're doing. His dad told him never to tell anyone, but when it comes to hiding his "tunnel vision," it's not always as easy as Jake would like.
When the government finds out about Jake's power, they want to use him to help locate criminals, terrorists and fugitives alike and they're not big on giving Jake a choice in the matter. In order to protect his family, he agrees, but now on top of school, sports practice and family, Jake's juggling work too. And, oh yeah, there's also that girl Rachel he's had his eye on.
When things start to get dangerous, though, Jake's not sure that the good guys he thought he was working for are always really so good. Without many options, Jake turns to Rachel for help figuring out how to reclaim his life and actually start living it.
Will Jake and Rachel be able to escape the craziness that comes with Jake's power and keeping it secret? To find out, pick up a copy of Susan Adrian's Tunnel Vision, available now.
