Some books are just OK, some are amazing reads. And then there are those books that are so fab, we have to read them again just to re-live it all. Since spring is the time of renewal, here are six titles we’ll be rereading this season.

The Giver by Lois Lowry
There’s a good chance you read this book in school and, we know—school books aren’t your fave. But what you might not have noticed the first time around is how similar The Giver is to Divergent. And, as if you needed another reason to pick it up again, GL cover girl Taylor Swift (and hottie Brenton Thwaites!) will star in the movie adaption of the sci-fi dystopian novel this August.

Remember excitedly running to the bookstore each time the latest installment in The Clique series was released? Well, it’s time to relive that buzz. Reread one or all of the legendary books to get reacquainted with Massie, Claire, the rest of the clique and their completely relatable adventures.

Without a doubt, this book of poetry and super amazing illustrations is a staple in your local library. We’re sure you’ve already read it once or twice, but now it’s time for you to dust it off and give it another go. These classic poems, like “Lazy Jane” and “My Beard,” will keep you entertained for hours.

You already know Lily Owens’ story: After losing her mother, the teen escapes to South Carolina with her “stand in mother,” Rosaleen. Through the enthralling storyline, you’ll re-learn just how powerful love can be. Plus, after rereading the remarkable novel you can watch the film adaption staring the lovely Dakota Fanning and Queen Latifah.

The Amazing Days of Abby Hayes: Every Cloud Has a Silver Lining by Anne Mazer
Just like The Clique, this series def lined the shelves of your bookcases. You couldn’t get enough of Abby’s adventures, and with each life lesson you and Abby both learned a li’l about yourselves. It can never hurt to revisit those life lessons, so go ahead and dig these books out of the depths of your closet and get reading.

Harry Potter Series by J.K. Rowling
Chances are you probably never even put the Harry Potter series down. OK, maybe you set ’em down briefly to read The Hunger Games or The Fault in Our Stars. Either way, the mischief is never over when there are seven enticing, emotive and wonderfully magical books you can read over and over again.
