Think your brother's annoying? Read this
Are you in middle school? Have an older brother who
sometimes gets on your nerves? Then you can relate to Georgia Khatchadorian in My
Brother is a Big Fat Liar by James
Patterson.
In this latest Middle School series title, Georgia attempts
to redeem herself from all the lies her brother told about her in The Worst Years of My Life. Didn’t read
that one? Well, let’s just say Georgia’s brother, Rafe, was a troublesome boy
who tried to break every rule when he was in sixth grade (and he almost
succeeded!).
Now that Georgia’s going into sixth grade, she must try to
prove to the teachers she is not as bad as her bro. Determined to make friends
and get straight A’s before the end of the year, she’s on a mission to show
everyone how smart and well-behaved she is. Think she’ll succeed? Well, you’ll
have to check out the book when it hits shelves March 18 to find out.
We will tell you this, though: There’s a surprise ending
that might just explain why Georgia and her sib are so different.
For a silly, easy read, be sure to pick up a copy of My Brother is a Big Fat Liar. Then come
back and share your thoughts.
Have any brothers? What’s one silly thing a bro has ever
done to you? Blog about it, babes.
