The top 15 TV theme songs we still know by heart

We bet you've had a lot of time to enjoy some of your fave throwback TV shows lately. That's why we thought it would be important to highlight those catchy theme songs that created the soundtrack of your generation. If nothing else, these 15 masterpieces will fill you with some much-needed soul-healing nostalgia.

Hannah Montana

When this bop came on, your living room turned into a concert hall, and you doubled as a super star right alongside Hannah. You don't have to keep it a secret anymore; she told us so herself.

Fairly Oddparents

It may have taken a few episodes to memorize all of the deliciousness Timmy wishes for in this song, but it was definitely a notable childhood accomplishment once you did.

Drake and Josh

Apparently, we've been singing this all wrong all these years. The lyrics are: "It's gonna take some time to realign" (not realize). But we say sing it however you want, it's still a banger!

Proud Family

Any song that features both Solange and Destiny's Child is bound to be unforgettable. Enough said.

Friends

The best part of this theme song will forever be those little claps. Gets us every time.

Wizards of Waverly Place

We still don't know what kind of wizardry made this song so catchy.

Fresh Prince of Bel-Air

We had no choice but to include this one. Why? Because every time someone asks what we're doing, we reply with the infamous "chillin' out, maxin', relaxin' all cool." Gotta give the prince his credit.

Kim Possible

Who else had the Kim Possible beep as their ringtone? "Call me, beep me, if you wanna reach me!"

Sonny With a Chance

If your bestie wasn't around for quick pep-talk, all you had to do was listen to Sonny's song to make you feel like you had more than just a chance.

SpongeBob Squarepants

Ahh, this song summons all those Saturday morning memories consisting of loving sibling banter, warm pancakes and all the SpongeBob sing-alongs.

Shake It Up

This theme song became tens times more iconic once we discovered Selena Gomez was the voice behind it all!

Victorious

You had to reach for a makeshift microphone—a broom, a brush or a remote would do—as soon as you heard Tori's voice start belting.

Phineas and Ferb

This song made everyone feel like the summer sun was shining even in the dead of winter. If you couldn't find a mummy to fight after watching this show either, it's ok. We think they're in hiding.

Saved By The Bell

This is the song that taught kids everywhere what excuses to NEVER give to their teachers. And people say TV doesn't teach you anything...

Zoey 101

After a long day at school, all you needed was this chilled-out tune featuring Zoey and her friends.
