Re-live Breaking Dawn all over again

Long after Twi-hards leave movie theatres, they can take a piece of Breaking Dawn with them. The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 Original Motion Picture Soundtrack (available now) features tracks from bands diverse as The Joy Formidable, Sleeping At Last and Noisettes!

Along the same vein as the other Twilight soundtracks, the music from the movie does not disappoint. The big track, Bruno Mars’ “It Will Rain,” is super soulful, and we heart the artsy vibe of the recently released music video, too. Check it out below…

Imperial Mammoth’s “Requiem on Water” has a folksy sound that Death Cab for Cutie fans will appreciate. You’ll also love rocking out to Noisettes’ “Sister Rosetta (2011 Version)” and The Belle Brigade’s “I Didn’t Mean It.”

The lyrics of Christina Perri’s “A Thousand Years” describe Edward and Bella’s love perfectly. We can’t get enough of watching highlights from the wedding of the year (and Christina Perri’s dress!) in the music video (as you can tell, really awesome music videos seem to be a theme here).

While we try not to play favorites here at GL, we can’t help but want to play Theophilus London’s “Neighbors” on repeat. It’s has a spoken word poetry-meets-Kanye West vibe. Need we say more?

Be sure to pick up a copy of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 Original Motion Picture Soundtrack. Then come back and tell us your thoughts.
