Twilight news: Taylor Lautner, aka Jacob, will be back
It’s official: Taylor Lautner, who portrayed Jacob in Twilight, will stay on as the werewolf in New Moon. Director Chris Weitz just made the announcement on Stephanie Meyer’s web site.
The initial concern was that teen star would be unable to portray Jacob in the sequel, as the character’s appearance changes dramatically. Apparently, Taylor has been bulking up big-time, hoping to convince Summit Entertainment and Weitz that he is the perfect choice for the sometimes furry fella. Shooting begins in March, according to Eonline.
Does this news bring cheers? Tears? Or do you not care because this post isn’t about a certain Robert Pattinson? Blog away, babes.
