You may have seen her as a guest star on Disney’s Girl Meets World or Nickelodeon's Haunted Hathaways, and she's currently lving her dream as Riana on Fox's Lethal Weapon. Chandler Kinney,

But off-set, the 17-year-old is a huge philanthropist. This super star donates her time to make blankets for foster children every winter. She even started her own charity, "Chandler's Friends," with the help of her mom.

"[Over the holidays] it was time for us to take a bigger step and do something bigger than we had ever done before. We were recently able to team up with Hasbro for the Toy Wrap, and honestly it was so amazing," she told Twist Magazine in a 2017 interview.

Over the past holiday season she organized a toy drive and wrapping event to donate to children's shelters on Christmas. Her friends came out to support her and the event was a huge success for the charity.

She also sponsors a child through Compassion International, a non-profit organization aimed at providing holistic care for children in poverty. She even writes to a pen pal in Ethiopia through the organization. 

It was during her own childhood that Chandler found a passion for performing. She took center stage as a dancer at just three years old and, after her fam made the move from Sacramento to Los Angeles, she took on acting, performing in musicals like "Twist" and shows like American Horror Story and Gortimer Gibbons Life on Normal Street.

But how did she land such awesome roles? "I can't stress enough the significance in practice, peer observation and emotional experimentation in a safe environment," she said. She gained confidence through performing in classes that allowed her to try new things and work on herself without the pressure of a camera. She also said guest-starring in shows before gaining her breakout role as Riana Murtaugh in Lethal Weapon allowed her to gain experience that you just can't get in class.
