You've seen her awesome looks all over Instagram (remember that gorgeous pocketed pantsuit she wore to BeautyCon this year?), but Madison isn't just interested in wearing the hottest new styles. She's interested in designing them, too.

Just a few days ago, Madison announced that she went straight to the drawing board to sketch up some incredible new sporty looks to celebrate the upcoming 50th Super Bowl. After sharing them on Instagram and Twitter, she had one more thing to add: Only one of these shirts is going to be made, but we get to help pick which one. Um, anyone else having trouble deciding?

Up until September 23rd, you can heart your fave design on Instagram to vote for which shirt you'd love to have. Head on over to the NFLFanStyle page to check out each individual look, and double-tap for your pick. Each like counts as one vote, and the winner will be announced the week before the Super Bowl. (But we're not sure if we can wait that long to get our hands on one of Madison's originals.)
