One Direction just dropped their first single as a foursome

 
One Direction surprised everyone yesterday by dropping their first song from their new album overnight. "Drag Me Down" is the band’s first single since Zayn Malik’s departure—and it’s amazing.

The band dropped the song without any marketing or fanfare before hand, and just let the single speak for itself. In fact, if you weren't following the boys on Twitter or Instagram, you might not have even seen these announcements:

 

 

 

 

And though the song just dropped, it's already skyrocketed to #1 on the charts.  

 

The new sound is pretty different than what we've heard from One Direction before, and we're pretty sure we're in love. With a more mature, funkier vibe, we know their fifth album (rumored to come out in November) is going to be awesome.
