Her newest single is out now and we're basically jamming out. It's called "That's What's Up" and it's awesome—but Skylar's also got a different take on the tune called "Bratz What's Up" for her collaboration with the relaunch of the Bratz toy line happening this weekend, and it rocks just as much.
